Appointments
All readings and reiki sessions are by appointment only.
All readings and reiki sessions are payable in full when the appointment is made.
If a client should miss or cancel an appointment without giving at least 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee will be payable by the client.
If a client is late for an appointment, the scheduled end time will not be extended and the client will not receive a refund for any portion of their missed appointment time.
A client is considered a no-show if they do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment start time, and will be charged the full amount for that session.
Should Julie Lynn need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client will receive a full refund.
Terms & Conditions for an Intuitive Reading or Card Reading
Clients must be 18 years or older.
These readings are for entertainment purposes only.
All readings are conducted via Zoom.
If you are under any treatment for psychiatric problems that could impair your decision to engage in an intuitive reading, Julie Lynn reserves the right to evaluate and make a decision on whether the reading should continue.
Readings are subject to interpretation and should not be taken as absolute or a guarantee. A reading is never 100% accurate and therefore not guaranteed.
The contents of a reading are not legally binding. What you decide to do with the information discussed during a reading, including any actions you take, is your responsibility and you choice. You are not forced to follow a particular course of action, and there is no attempt to exert any form of control over your free-will and common sense. Julie Lynn assumes no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on readings provided. Please use your own common sense and judgment at all times.
Information discussed during a session should never be regarded as legal, medical, financial, or business fact, and is subject to your own interpretation and judgement. It is not a substitute for professional guidance. Clients must seek advice from the appropriate professional (e.g., lawyer, licensed healthcare provider, accountant, etc).
You shall not publicly share any information, material, or other content arising from a reading.
Terms & Conditions for a Reiki Session
Clients must be 18 years or older.
By booking and receiving a reiki treatment, clients agree to accept full responsibility that they alone are responsible for their health and well-being, as well as for their actions and decisions.
Reiki is not a substitute for medical care. If you have any health issues, please seek the care of a licensed healthcare provider.
Reiki practitioners are not licensed healthcare providers. They do not diagnose conditions, perform any medical treatment, or interfere with a client’s medical therapy.
You agree to hold Julie Lynn harmless and blameless for any intended or unintended results of a reiki treatment provided, and agree that we will not be liable for compensation should any damages or injury result.
Julie Lynn has the the right to refuse or discontinue a reiki session at any point. Circumstances where this may apply include, but are not limited to:
- The client shows evidence of having flu or COVID-19
- The client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
- The client has had recent surgery or other medical procedure
- The client behaves in an inappropriate or offensive manner
- The client is or becomes unwell (e.g., lightheadedness, digestive upset, allergic reaction, seizure, fainting)
